Our Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Kaphi Stories, we take pride in delivering freshly curated coffee experiences. Due to the nature of consumable products, our return policy is designed to ensure quality, hygiene, and fairness.

1. Returns & Exchanges (Consumable Products)

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, coffee products (including coffee beans, ground coffee, or ready-to-brew packs) are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

Kindly email the video to info@kaphistories.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised without an unboxing video or after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We are happy to assist if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The package was tampered with or leaking

To be eligible:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear unboxing photos or videos
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used coffee products
  • Products returned due to taste preference or aroma expectations
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Brewing Equipment & Accessories (If Applicable)

If Kaphi Stories sells non-consumable items such as mugs, brewers, or accessories:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective

5. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (as applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national courier partners with tracking facilities. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.

Orders are delivered within a maximum of 15 days from the date of placing the order. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and serviceability of the area.

Our courier partners operate between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen transport delays.

Shipping charges include handling, packing, and postage costs and may vary based on the products ordered or the total shipment weight. Orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping charges will apply to each order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders with a value between ₹100 and ₹1000. A COD fee of ₹50 will be applicable.

Charges & Payment Issues

Storage Information
